Theoretically this is simple. You need a receiver, some wire, a digital satellite dish (c-span dishes are not recommended). You can practically use any digital satellite dish as long as you know the specification of the dish and LNB that you use. Remember, as long as you can match the correct dish setting between the receiver and the dish LNB, and have the dish pointed at the correct direction, it will work.
